Our ITM/ATMs are LIVE at our Three Rivers, Sturgis West, Coldwater East, Bronson, and Reading locations. 

An Interactive Teller Machine combines the convenience of an ATM with the personal touch of a live teller via video chat. It's like having a branch that you don't have to get out of your car for, offering you more flexibility for your banking needs.

ITM FAQs

  1. What is an ITM?
    An Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) is an advanced ATM that allows customers to interact with a live teller via video chat if they chose to, offering a wider range of banking services than traditional ATMs.
  2. What services can customers perform at an ITM?
    Customers can perform most transactions that are available inside the branch, such as:
    • Depositing checks and cash
    • Withdrawing specific denominations $1, $5, $20, $50
    • Making loan payments
    • Transferring funds between accounts
    • Speaking with a live teller for account inquiries or assistance
    • Cashing checks with exact change
  3. What are the hours of ITM teller service?
    Century ITMs will be available 24x7 when utilized as an ATM. The Video Teller option will be available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the beginning with the potential to offer extended teller hours in the future.
  4. Will customers still be able to use it as a regular ATM?
    Yes, customers can use the ITM as a traditional ATM for quick transactions like withdrawing cash, depositing checks or cash, and checking balances.
  5. How secure is an ITM?
    ITMs are secure and utilize encrypted communications for transactions. The live tellers are employees of Century Bank and Trust and follow strict security protocols to protect customer information.
  6. Are there any fees associated with using the ITM?
    There are no additional fees for using the ITM services beyond standard ATM or banking fees.
  7. Will this replace in-person tellers in the branch?
    No, ITMs are designed to complement in-branch services, providing more convenience to customers.

We assure our customers ITMs offer the same services as in-person tellers, and should be viewed as a virtual drive through intended to increase efficiency in supporting their banking needs.
